Wedding Booking
The couple places a Wedding Booking via email/phone,
and pays 50% deposit to secure the booking.
(Without deposit, day and time slot can only be held for five days.)
Wedding Confirmation
TDB Accountant confirms booking after reception of deposit
45 - 2 days before Wedding
TDB Wedding Planners discuss all ceremony (resp. reception) details with the couple, and initiate wedding preparations
30 - 2 days before Wedding
30 days prior to wedding day, the couple transfers 50% rest payment + amount for booked extra services.
TDB Wedding Planners advise the couple on how to handle document issues at home and/or in Bali;
they prepare and continuously adjust Wedding Program with couple
1 day before Wedding
TDB Wedding Coordinator holds Pre-Wedding Meeting with the couple with complete information
ref. Wedding Day and possibility of last-minute adjustments to the arrangements..
