Pre-Wedding Meeting ( PWM ) / Rehearsal
Before the wedding day, the couple and the wedding coordinator-in-charge will meet and do rehearsal for the wedding day - as specified in the Booking Confirmation.   We will start with how to walk, with whom, where to stop and what to do during the whole ceremony procession.    Of course the Wedding Coordinators will try to take into account your last-minute requests.

Wedding Ceremony
We start the day by picking up the couple in their hotel, resort, or villa, and bring them to THE DAIMOND BALI on Sanur Beach.   After arriving at THE DIAMOND BALI, we’ll escort you to your Bridal Suite.

We will introduce you to your Make-Up Artist and will start the make up with the bride.   Do not worry if you are not sure what kind of make up and hairstyle would fit you; our Make-Up Artists are the best in their field, and will  advise you perfectly.   Always remember that your wedding is handled by the best professionals.

During your make-up, your Wedding Coordinator will supervise preparations in the Wedding Pavilion; your Assistant Wedding Coordinator will help you unpack the luggage and steam your wedding dress if needed.

Minutes before finishing make-up, our Wedding Coordinator will escort photographer and videographer into your Bridal Suite to take preparational shots. They will start by taking the details inside the Bridal Suite with pics of your wedding gown and your tuxedo. They will continue with the ring and the bouquet, last but not least the groom‘s and bride’s preparation.

Right before the wedding ceremony, we will escort your guest entourage who have been comforted in our Guest Lounge into the Wedding Pavilion.The wedding ceremony begins with the blessing and will continue with the civil ceremony (If any).

After the wedding ceremony you will receive a joyous flower shower, wedding toast and family picture. Now it is time just for the two of you to safeguard in photo- and videography the best memories of your special day: Here in THE DIAMOND BALI we have everything, the spectacular Wedding Pavilion, the colourful garden, the white sandy beach.   For sure your wedding photos and videos will be absolutely amazing!   Whether you want it romantic, funny, or hip style: Our photographers will find just the right environment and the right pose!   Say “Cheese!”

After your photo and video session, we will escort you back to your Bridal Suite, help you pack your belongings, and take you back to your accommodation.  But remember, this is not the end of you special day.

Reception
After that touching wedding ceremony it is time to PARTY! Delicious meals, extravagant center piece, and Rocking DJ will brighten it up. Just imagine as yourselves entering the wedding party whith the Master of Ceremony introducing you as “Husband & And Wife”! All attention will be focussed on you two, the King and Queen of the night. The best of all: When you kiss each other under the glamorous fireworks show. This night should never end!
